Refund policy

This Refund Policy is offered by Five Castles, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as "Jesus in Five" ("we", "us", "our").

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with all included materials, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@jesusinfive.com. Returns must be initiated through our support team prior to shipping; once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with the specific return address and instructions. Returns sent to the address below without first requesting a return authorization may not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For defective or damaged items, return shipping is provided at our expense.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain items cannot be returned: sale items, gift cards, and digital subscriptions (including the bundled in-app access provided with journal purchase). Please contact us at support@jesusinfive.com if you have questions about your specific item.

IN-APP PURCHASES AND APP SUBSCRIPTIONS
All in-app purchases and subscriptions made through the Jesus in Five mobile application are handled exclusively by Apple Inc. pursuant to Apple's App Store policies. Five Castles, LLC does not process refunds for in-app purchases. To request a refund for an in-app purchase, please visit https://reportaproblem.apple.com.

KICKSTARTER REWARDS
Journals delivered as Kickstarter rewards are subject to both this Refund Policy (for issues identified after delivery) and Kickstarter's platform policies (for pre-delivery cancellations or campaign-related concerns).

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

EUROPEAN UNION 14 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with all included materials, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
