Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy is offered by Five Castles, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as "Jesus in Five".

Jesus in Five journals are currently available for pre-order. Estimated ship date: July-August 2026. Orders will be fulfilled in the order they are received.

Free shipping on all pre-orders within the United States.

Orders within the United States ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on destination and package weight. Once pre-orders begin shipping, orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days of fulfillment availability. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at support@jesusinfive.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will make it right.

International shipping will be available at launch. If you are outside the United States and would like to be notified when international shipping opens, email us at support@jesusinfive.com.
